Meet targeted travel buyers with EMITT’s Hosted Buyer Programme

As one of the top four travel exhibitions in the world and the largest in Turkey, EMITT offers unparalleled opportunities to gain access to the Turkish travel market – one of the country’s leading industries.

As an exhibitor, the show is the best place to present your destination or travel service and increase brand awareness on the market.

To ensure exhibitors meet exactly the right people, the show’s Hosted Buyers Programme is an added opportunity that matches exhibitors with a large group of highly targeted industry professionals.

Each year, EMITT and TravelShop Turkey invite over 500 hosted buyers – high profile tour operators, travel agents, and travel industry figures looking for new opportunities to offer their clients – to take part in the programme and hold B2B meetings with participating exhibitors.

Participating exhibitors will be able to use the updated B2B meeting appointment system to arrange meetings with over 500 tour operators from 80 countries at EMITT. Being able to view the hosted buyers and arrange meetings in advance significantly increases the efficiency of exhibitors’ time at the exhibition.

Exhibitors are able to:

- View the profiles of over 500 hosted buyers from 80 countries
- Contact potential partners to arrange meetings in advance
- Create a profile and upload marketing materials to the system
- Receive meeting requests from hosted buyers
- Hold an average of 60 meetings at the exhibition
- Establish new contacts and partners

On securing a stand at EMITT 2019, exhibitors will be given access to the list of confirmed hosted buyers.
