He provided organization of collaboration and integration among public sectors, private sectors and general public in tourism development each others. Established good working relationships with beneficiaries (critical friend relationship) & offered support in leadership, management, operations & programming.
 
He has been taking roles in Istanbul, Galataport, Galatasaray Vodafone Arena, Zorlu Center, Çiftçi Tower, Beykoz Mansions, Acaristanbul, Levent Bazaar, as well as many private and public projects. Furthermore, he had an important role in Amasya Historical Center, Antalya Kepez-Santral Urban Transformation Project and several urban development projects in Turkey.
 
Currently Team Leader and Urban Planner of İlke Urban Planning Company.
 
He have a large of know-how about tourism planning, urban planning. Urban planner with multi-faced experience for 23 years in project management and tourism planning.
He provided development of tourism human capital's potential and the development of quality of tourism consciousness among the sector.
 
He established development and improvement of supporting infrastructure and amenities without inflicting negative impact to the local communities and environment.
