Welcome to, 27st East Mediterranean International Tourism & Travel Exhibition, EMITT! 

We support our exhibitors to increase their visibility, strengthen their brand awareness among visitors, promote their products, services and destinations, and reflect their cultural richness by announcing their special events  which they organize during the exhibition. 

We wanted to inform you about what types of events you can organize within the framework of which rules and where at.

Content received after this date will not be evaluated as it will not comply with the time required for announcement support in our digital and printed channels.
 
!!! It is strictly forbidden to organize loud and show-led events such as dance shows, folk dances, wrestling, marching bands, choir performances etc. in the stands and in the corridors !!!
 

Compulsory Rules 

It is obligatory to implement the activities organized by the exhibitors at their stands or Main Foyer Stage within the framework of the rules.
Special activities you wish to organize during the exhibition at your Stand or Main Foyer Stage, can be carried out within the framework of ICA Fuarcılık’s approval. 
 All activities and their content are subject to approval of ICA Fuarcılık and its contracted supplier SAKA Occupational Health & Safety. 
It is strictly forbidden to organize loud and show-led events in stands and corridors.
The maximum permitted noise level is 80dB. Otherwise ICA Fuarcılık has the authority to intervene.
