ONON Barista Academy is a barista training program established within ONON Kafe for individuals who are interested in coffee culture and aim to develop themselves professionally as baristas. Combining both theoretical and practical training, the academy offers participants the opportunity to experience every stage of coffee, from bean to cup. At the end of the program, participants who successfully complete the course are awarded a Ministry of National Education–approved certificate. Based on ONON Kafe’s quality and service standards, ONON Barista Academy contributes to the professional development of our own baristas while also aiming to provide the sector with qualified and well-trained professionals.
