Can you tell us about your company and your activities?
We are Türkiye’s leading B2B outbound packed tour operator. We serve 30,000 people all over the world every year.
Why do you exhibit at EMITT?
We exhibit in order to get together with a lot of industry representatives and our partner agencies during the exhibition. Because we serve as B2B, we prefer EMITT to increase our partnerships with your expansive agency network and reach more agencies.
What are your expectations from EMITT?
We’d like to see the agencies that had a stand in the past years but haven’t booked a space for this edition. It should be made easy for agencies in cities other than Istanbul to exhibit. Large-scale Anatolian agencies to exhibit would be more effective for providers like us.
Why should industry professionals visit EMITT?
It is important to be at EMITT with the thought of expanding one’s network. It is important for these professionals to visit EMITT for new stakeholders to be added to our business network.
What is your evaluation of 2024 in terms of the tourism industry?
We think we will experience one of the busiest seasons after the pandemic. High prices in the domestic market caused the demand in outbound tour packages to increase. We are happy with this increase. As PCSTUR, we are a guest-oriented company. We think that because price-focused tours cause more comparisons to be made by the consumer, it affects service quality negatively.
