GENERAL INFORMATION
Eventiqs is a free application that facilitates networking for exhibitors, buyers, and visitors. It can be accessed via smartphone or computer. Users can quickly connect with the right people at the exhibition venue, schedule meetings, and expand their network.
The application is accessible via both desktop and mobile web. Eventiqs is also available as a mobile application and can be downloaded from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
After creating your badge, you will receive a welcome email from Eventiqs. You can create your password by clicking the link in the email sent to you.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen. If your email address is registered in our system, we will send you a password reset email.
NETWORKING
The “For You” section shows AI based recommendations according to the information you provide in the exhibitor portal and your profile. “Perfect Match” shows the strongest match.
Go to the Explore page. Use the tabs such as For You, Exhibitors, Visitors, Products, Hosted Tour Operators, etc., and the search function.
Depending on your user category, you may not be able to see all participants. If you are a visitor, you can see all exhibitor companies, sales representatives, and products. However, you do not have access to other visitors.
Open the profile you want to connect with and tap Connect. You can manage incoming and outgoing requests under My Connections > Pending.
Open the profile you want to message and tap Message to start a chat. If you are not connected with the person, you can send only one message until you receive a reply. If you are already connected, there is no message limit.
You can scan badges using the QR Code Scanner in the application. After scanning a badge, you can view contact details such as the person’s email address and phone number on the screen.
Badge scanning works only on the mobile application and mobile web version. Please use the mobile web or mobile application to scan QR codes.
MEETINGS AND CALENDER
Click the Request Meeting button on the profile of the person you want to meet. Then select the date, time, and duration. You can also add a note to your meeting request before sending it. The displayed time slots show the availability of both the sender and the recipient. Meeting duration is fixed and always 30 minutes.
You can view your meetings in the Calendar section. Incoming requests can also be reviewed in the Notifications section.
You can see your exhibition schedule in the Calendar section. This area shows the exhibition days and your list of meetings. You can use the arrows to view schedules on different dates.
Go to the Calendar and tap the time slot you want to change. “Available” time slots are shown in green, while “Not Available” time slots are shown in red. When you set your availability to “Not Available,” you will not receive meeting requests for that time slot.
NOTIFICATIONS, DATA AND SUPPORT
The Account Settings section allows you to allow or decline push notifications, informational emails, and marketing emails.
Yes, you can change it from Account Settings > Language (English and Turkish).
